Refund Policy

Membership purchases are final and non-refundable

Due to the nature of our services, all membership purchases are final. By registering and making a payment, you confirm that you are acting as a business entity and not as a consumer, and you expressly waive any right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply under EU consumer law.

Exceptions (if applicable):

Refunds may be granted only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate transactions (accidental double payment for the same membership)
  • Technical failures that permanently prevent access to the purchased service

Refunds are not guaranteed and remain at the sole discretion of WBPO/WBP after internal verification. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
